Day 1 Agenda Includes:

  • Find and fix leaks in production and quality that cost you time, money, and productivity.
  • Combine a real-time information portal with a proven historian to establish a foundation for EMI.
  • Layer EMI onto existing plant systems, such as HMI, to improve throughput, quality, and performance.
  • Perform real-time and historical ad-hoc analysis – with a contextualized view of information. Implement a disaster recovery process to backup control program elements from control systems, and report programming changes.

 

Day 2 Agenda Includes:

  • Learn how to describe and configure data collectors and explain collector redundancy.
  • Discover how to configure the Historian Excel add-in for use in Microsoft Excel, retrieve data from Historian, and import tags into Historian.
  • Gain an overview of Historian display concepts, create ad-hoc analysis displays using charts and grids, configure pen groups, and explain time components in a web environment.
  • Learn how to configure automatic backup and reporting of changes to PLC programs and SCADA Systems in your enterprise.
