building systems to over 1000

tightly integrated Multi-Loop Controller-
SCADA-Historian system for production
of High Conductivity wire for use in the
magnets for MRI’s.

  Plant-wide Manufacturing
Automation
  PLC and SCADA systems were
implemented to control this 3000 I/O
system.
    Training   All day training class for over 200
people on CFR21 part 11. Key note
speaker was the person who wrote the
CFR.
    USP Water   PLC-based control of the storage,
generation and distribution of USP
water throughout the facility
         

Transportation

  Monitoring   On going project to monitor over 450
stations with 2000 points from each into
a Historian. Along with HMI for each
station all reporting back to a Central
Station.
    Power Monitoring   Developed system to monitor incoming
power by looking at 500 samples each
of voltage and current per incoming sine
wave, collect data to Historian. Qnix OS
was used for the monitoring along with
HMI software for monitoring.
    Train Switches   Developed a Control and SCADA
system for controlling and monitoring a
rail system switch heaters (200 RTU’s)
from Port Jarvis to Cape May using
wireless, leased line and T1
communications. All reporting back to a
Historian. ICD supplied scope of work
and all equipment.

  Remote Pump Stations   Provided equipment and engineering
services program and report back to a
SCADA system for a lead-lag pump
systems

Distribution

  Water Supply   This municipality contracted Industrial
Controls to control the level of a
reservoir. PLC and HMI was
implemented.
