International Order Policy

International Orders must be a minimum of $500 and pre-paid by a certified check or electronic transfer. The electronic transfer carries a fee.  This is a non-cancelable, non-returnable order except for the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Due to unknown international shipping costs, we cannot honor free shipping on any International orders.  We will ship to your freight forwarder with your account number or your preferred carrier: UPS, FedEx or DHL. or you can make arrangements to have your carrier pick up the order when it is ready.  We reserve the right to deny an order for any reason.
