Eichelberger has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Industrial Controls for the past 2 years. Joe has 25 years of experience of profitable sales growth in the industry and has held previous positions as VP Sales & Marketing with McQuay, Director and General Manager of Siemens North American Products Group, Area General Manager with Johnson Controls, and Branch Manager with Johnson Controls. He has a passion for customer satisfaction and employee development. In addition to his extensive industry experience, he has an engineering degree and license from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
