Return Policy

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be acquired for every return.

Products must be in new condition and are subject to manufacturers approval upon return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on items being returned or exchanged. Refunds and/or exchanges will be provided once the item has been received in its original condition.  We cannot give refunds for items lost or damaged during the return shipping. Please insure your packages to protect from damage. Restocking fees may apply, as determined by the manufacturers or circumstance.
